Here's how to start your booking
Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation
This will be a Zoom call with Anne-Marie and Rob., during which we'll discuss the logistics of our global field seminars. We’ll answer your questions, learn about your travel goals, and walk through our seminar options—including tiered hotel packages.
Step 2: Save Your Spot with a $100 Refundable Deposit
Once you schedule your Zoom call, you'll place a fully refundable $100 deposit that holds your spot while we talk. It also lets us know you’re seriously considering one of our global field seminars. If you decide to join us, the $100 will be applied to your seminar program fee.
Step 3: Create Your Account
After our conversation, if you'd like to move forward with booking a seminar, you'll create a login to our Client Portal. This will become your hub for all pre-departure information, documents, payments, and itinerary updates.
Step 4: Final Payment Options
You can pay in full or choose an installment plan through our Client Portal. Because our seminars take place in Europe, program prices are based in euros but paid in U.S. dollars. Final payment is due 60 days before departure, which allows us to lock in train tickets, reservations, and other seminar activities at the current exchange rate.
