Here's how to start your booking
Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation
This will be a Zoom call with Anne-Marie and Rob., during which we'll discuss the logistics of our global field seminars. We’ll answer your questions, learn about your travel goals, and walk through our seminar options—including tiered hotel packages.
Step 2: Make Your Decision about Joining us on a Tour
Sometime during or after the consultation Zoom, you should decide if you'd like to book one of our global field seminars. If so, please proceed to Step 3 below. If not, we look forward to possibly welcoming you on a future trip.
Step 3: Create Your Account and Pay a Deposit
To move forward with booking a seminar, you'll create a login to our Client Portal and pay a $500 deposit for each traveler in your party. Once you pay the deposit, the client portal will become your hub for all pre-departure information, documents, additional payments, and itinerary updates.
Step 4: Final Payment Options
You can pay in full or choose an installment plan through our Client Portal. Because our seminars take place in Europe, program prices are based in euros but paid in U.S. dollars. Final payment is due 75 days before departure, which allows us to lock in train tickets, reservations, and other seminar activities at the current exchange rate.

Your Place: Protected
The $500 deposit (per traveler in your party) holds your spot in our small-group seminars as we continue to enroll other travelers in advance of the trip (up to our maximum of 12 travelers per seminar). If, within our refund window, you decide the trip isn’t right for you, we’ll refund your deposit and other funds you've paid.
