Travel Insurance and
Health Coverage

Thoughtful travel requires thoughtful preparation.

To protect your financial investment and ensure your safety on the ground, all participants traveling internationally with Passport Perspectives Abroad are required to carry comprehensive travel insurance as a condition of booking.

Your required policy must include:

• Trip Cancellation & Interruption Coverage: Insuring the full, non-refundable cost of your seminar package.

• Global Health & Emergency Medical: Covering emergency medical treatment and hospitalization outside your home country.

• Medical Evacuation & Repatriation: Covering emergency medical transport back to your home country.

 

Verification Deadline

You must provide proof of your active travel insurance policy (provider name and policy number) to us no later than 65 days prior to the seminar departure date. Failure to provide proof of insurance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your spot without a refund.

Our Financial Boundary

While our refund policy is clearly outlined, circumstances beyond anyone’s control—sudden illness, family emergencies, airline disruptions, or other unforeseen events—may prevent you from traveling or require you to leave a seminar early. Because Passport Perspectives Abroad, LLC pays non-refundable deposits to hotels, venues, and transit operators in France far in advance, our company cannot issue refunds outside of our strict refund schedule for any reason. Your travel insurance policy is your sole avenue for financial recovery should you need to cancel or interrupt your trip.

We do not sell travel insurance, nor are we affiliated with any insurance provider. Travelers are responsible for reviewing policy terms carefully and selecting coverage that aligns with their individual needs, health status, and risk tolerance.
